Not used to take chinese tea most of the time. However, the cup of chinese tea shown here caught my attention while we were ( with family ) attending a wedding dinner in Singapore last month.I asked the hotel usher to explain it to me. No answer from her except being told that this type of tea was rarely served to customers. Hence I gathered that either it was a high class tea or the host was generous enough to serve us.
Anybody has any experience on this chinese tea is most welcome to highlight something here.
